All prices are inclusive of  IVA (VAT).
A deposit is not required to secure a reservation, but we do require your credit card details when making a booking as a guarantee, no charge will be made.
Guests may cancel up to 72 hours before the date of arrival, and no charge will be taken. If the cancellation is after this time, the first night is charged. The first night fee is taken for every room within a reservation. Likewise should a reservation be made for a 'Special Package' consisting of several days and the guest shortens the length of stay, then the whole package is chargeable unless 72 hours notice is given before the arrival date.
Check-in time is any time after 15:00 pm. If guests arrive before this time, we can offer to hold luggage at the hotel. Latest check in time is 22.00 pm, after this time we reserve the right to re-let your room. Check out time on the date of departure is 11:00 am. If the room is not vacated by this time, the guest will be subject to another nights charge. Equally we offer the service to guests where we can hold luggage after 11am until the end of the day on the date of departure.
Radios, televisions or other noise is to be kept at a reasonable level in consideration of other guests.
We would remind guests that the new smoking laws came into effect on the 1st January 2006. We have created both smoking and non-smoking areas, it is forbidden to smoke in any of the bedrooms, the dining room or the 'snug' bar. You may smoke in the indoor/outdoor patio/bar area and lounge only. If it is found that you are not obeying the law you will be asked to leave immediately, and you will receive no refund. Smoke alarms are fitted in all bedrooms and passageways.
The Atrium is a commercial business and as such we do not allow you to prepare or consume your own food on the premises, or to consume your own drinks in the public areas, if you do so you will be charged a 'corkage' fee. Breakfast is available in our dining room upon request, our bar is open each evening between 7pm and midnight for refreshments.
Your booking is governed by Spanish law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between The Atrium at San Roque and you, the guest. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with The Atrium at San Roque on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
The Atrium at San Roque does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on this website. The Atrium at San Roque does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the Atrium at San Roque website or for any products or services purchased from the Atrium at San Roque website.
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to The Atrium at San Roque in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding The Atrium at San Roque must be brought to the attention of the management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to The Atrium at San Roque in writing.
Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and illness. (If an EEC citizen it is recommended that you obtain an E.111 form before your travel to cover against illness) Valuable documents can be held in the Atrium at San Roque safe during your stay for safe keeping.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.

Personal information collected from you is used to fulfil your request for services or to send you confirmation details, and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans.

The Atrium at San Roque will not seek or hold information about you which is excessive for its purposes, and will endeavour to keep any information about you up to date and accurate.
The Atrium at San Roque will delete from its systems all details held about you which are no longer necessary, and endeavour to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful use.
